    • Provision of unique tourist attractions, and development of tourist routes like Confucian and Buddhist cultural pilgrimage resorts

    • Improvement of the infrastructure of agricultural and fishery production through land consolidation, expansion and paving of mechanized farm roads, modernization of fishing ports
    • Environment-friendly farming, cultivation of new income-generating varieties, branding of agricultural and marine products, and improvement of distribution
    • Development of new sources of income such as experience-it-yourself tourism in farming, fishing and mountain villages, and hands-on farm programs, and home stay village programs
